Diabetes Tools Sweden AB, maker of the TriabetesClinic online service that puts apps at the heart of diabetes care plans, today agreed to acquire the DiabetesGuru smartphone app for children from Shore Innovation AB. This agreement transfers the rights to Diabetes Tools while still allowing the developer behind DiabetesGuru, Henrik Sjöstrand, to support the project with advice.
