Connectathon Goes to France

The Tenth Annual European interoperability testing event, known as the IHE Connectathon, will be held in Bordeaux, France from April 12th to 16th, 2010 at the Cité Mondiale, a conference center located in the heart of the city on the banks of the Garonne river.

Experiencing the Advantages of pan-European Electronic Patient Records

At the World of Health IT Conference & Exhibition, taking place during eHealth week 2010 in Barcelona from 15-18 March 2010; the IHE Interoperability Showcase (extended deadline: December 1st 2009) will demonstrate how IHE-based electronic patient records work in an ambulatory care setting.

Invitation to Participate at the 2010 Interoperability Showcase

At the 2010 World of Health IT Conference & Exhibition (WoHIT), taking place during 2010 eHealth week (March 15-18, 2010), a new approach is being investigated for the Interoperability Showcase. Besides the demonstration of the interoperability of commercial products, the 2010 Interoperability Showcase is aiming at displaying IHE-based EPR projects in Europe.

High Level Meeting on eHealth

Swedish Presidency plays host on 22-23 October to the European network of state secretaries responsible for eHealth, which met for the first time in Prague in February this year. The aim is to jointly produce a new European structure for cooperation to implement the Council conclusions in this area that are expected to be adopted on 1 December 2009.

Continua Health Alliance joins World of Health IT Conference & Exhibition 2010
