The World of Health IT Conference & Exhibition (WoHIT) Organizing Committee welcomes the European Federation for Medical Informatics (EFMI) as a new member for the 2008 Conference. The conference will be held in Copenhagen, Denmark on Nov. 4-6, 2008. The EFMI supports healthcare informatics and all disciplines concerned with healthcare and informatics; 30 countries are now members of the organisation.

The European Congress of Radiology has been held in Vienna every two years since 1991 and, due to its large success, annually since 1999. Since its establishment in Vienna in 1991, together with the organising ECR Office, the ECR has grown into the second largest medical meeting in Europe and the second largest radiological congress worldwide.
