Heartbeat Labs Hired Babylon Health's Chief Experience Officer

Heartbeat LabsThe Berlin-based digital health platform Heartbeat Labs hired Chad Jennings as Chief Product Officer (CPO). Chad is a product and design leader with twenty years of experience at the intersection of product, design, brand, user experience, and technology.

Before joining Heartbeat Labs this October, Chad has been Chief Experience Officer at London-based digital health company Babylon Health, where he led the consumer product, design, content, and user research teams. Prior to this, he co-founded the creative publishing platform Blurb and led product management and user experience within companies such as Method, Smart Design, EF Education First, and MOO. Chad holds a Master’s degree in human-centered design from the Institute of Design at the Illinois Institute of Technology.

In his role as CPO at Heartbeat Labs, he will support the platform in its mission to build companies that drive the digitalization of healthcare and medicine by serving actual user needs.
