TunstallTunstall Group, the market leading provider of telecare and telehealth solutions, has undertaken an extensive strategic review of its business, and has found an excellent new partner in Charterhouse Capital Partners, further strengthening the Group's future growth plans.

Charterhouse is a successful British business with a 30-year track record and is committed to backing the Tunstall management team to achieve its vision. They join Bridgepoint, Tunstall's previous majority shareholder, who become a minority shareholder in the business.

Tunstall's solutions support over 2.5 million people worldwide allowing them to live independently, by effectively managing their health and well-being. Telecare is increasingly recognised as being at the heart of modern health and social care systems and Tunstall's aim is to deliver a broader range of services to effectively assist more people by providing flexible, timely, and proactive support.
